Paul was an absolute gent and very honest - was upfront and told me that the finance options would not be as affordable as a loan I had already secured. Car was serviced as agreed, clean and ready for pick up at my collection. I will definitely be returning when my car requires an MOT or service, and when I want to buy my next car. " Malcolm B : July 2025 : Verified via Google : My daughter bought a fiesta today ..overall the experience was very good..apart from the end when she was told you will need to put petrol in ...it was in the red when I say in the red ..usually when u start a engine up tje petrol dial moves a bit..well this didn't it was so far in the red she must have been driving on petrol fumes..OK so the petrol garage is only 10 minutes away..not the point though..she had 2and a half year old in her car..that would have been nice to run out of fuel in middle of road..they could have put a fivers worth of fuel in car...let yourselves down I'm afraid...well she won't be getting it serviced and as im.a bus driver for stagecoach i make sure others don't.. : A1 Carriages Reply : Hi, we are pleased the main experience of buying your daughters Fiesta was pleasurable, we do have two petrol stations in different directions one 0.6 miles and the other 0.7 miles from the forecourt, whilst very occasionally a vehicle may run out of fuel it would be extremely unusual not to be able to make it to one of these stations, we take onboard your comments and thank you for taking the time to send your review."

After purchase, the car was ready in a week. Fully cleaned and serviced. The staff in the main office was also very helpful in finalising everything for me. Once it was all settled, handed the keys and off I went.
