FV16KYJ Purchase verified Status: Published Reviewed 14/02/2020 BY KELLY M Friendly staff, but was not able to pick the car up at my convenience, it had to be at theirs so I had to take a day off in the week as I wasn't allowed to pick the car up on the weekend. No diesel in the car when I picked it up, just about had enough to get me to the petrol station. When I got home, I discovered that they hadn't put the floor of the boot in, so I had to go back, and they took one out of another car. I paid extra to have the car covered for any faults and when the battery died, they wouldn't come out to jump start. : Reply from A1 Carriages Car Sales Limited. I am very sorry to read your review that you was dissatisfied about several things. Unfortunately we only hand vehicles over on a week day as we have limited staff available at the weekend. However customers can pick their vehicle up between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. We do not keep petrol or diesel in vehicles on site as it is a risk hazard. We do put enough fuel in the vehicle to get you to the nearest petrol station. We have three in close proximity of the showroom. Regarding the battery, it is unusual for the battery to die unless something was left on in the car. We do hope if you ever need anything in the future you wont hesitate to contact the showroom or our workshop."

I visited the Car garage to look at cars with no intention to walk away with a deal!! Nevertheless, I fell in love with a car and asked Mark if I could take the car for a test drive. Without hesitation I was given the keys to take the car for a spin. The salesman was so relaxed which made me feel at ease when looking over the car and making my purchase. The whole sale went through without any issues. I had called garage next day about an issue with the car battery where it had probably been sat in lay-by for a while. With no hassle, the garage supplied and fitted a new battery. My partner purchased a car from the garage and I have never heard of anyone having any problems. " Rough about the edges but seem fair GU14VDZ Purchase verified Status: Published Reviewed 29/08/2019 BY SAMANTHA P Is exactly as you would expect cars which seems quite competitively priced compared to other car lots and a bit rough around the edges. The car I bought was in good condition for its age and mileage but needed a good clean inside and out, so not the best presented cars or the smartest car lot but pleasant salesmen that are happy to help, as expected reluctant to budge on price & seem fair on the part exchange values. I wanted an extended warranty for the peace of mind which I took out. I hadn't done my research on this before going. They manage this themselves & it seemed quite expensive, just hope there are no problems and if there are they are sorted quickly. All seemed a bit vague in terms of claiming just ring them up and then book it into a local garage for repairs and they will pay the garage something like that. Anyway there is paperwork to go with it and when serviced the warranty needs to be stamped as well as the service book. With regards to your extended warranty, there is a dedicated mobile number to our workshop manager if you ever needed to ask any questions about the warranty, or you can contact your salesman who would be more than willing to go through what your extended warranty covers.
